摘　　要：目的建立HPLC同时测定大黄厚朴颗粒(大黄、厚朴、陈皮、神曲等)中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、和厚朴酚与厚朴酚的方法。方法 Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸溶液-甲醇,线性梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm。结果芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚分别在1.51～24.2μg/mL(r=0.999 6)、3.26～52.2μg/mL(r=0.999 8)、1.70～27.25μg/mL(r=0.999 7)5、.94～95μg/mL(r=0.999 9)、2.87～45.9μg/mL(r=0.999 8)、7.78～124.5μg/mL(r=0.999 9)、13.5～216μg/mL(r=0.999 9)范围内具有良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率依次为96.93%、96.81%、94.84%、97.34%、97.57%9、8.82%和98.40%,RSD分别为1.77%、2.22%、0.67%、2.44%、1.73%、0.82%和0.91%。结论该方法快速、简便,重现性好,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。AIM To develop an HPLC method for determining aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, physcion, honokiol and magnolol in Dahuang Houpu Granule （Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Magnoliae officinalis Cor- tex, Cirri reticulatae Pericarpium , Massa medicata Fermentata , etc. ）. METHODS Kromasil C lS （250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5μm）column was adopted. The mobile phase was composed of 0. 1% phosphoric acid and methnol with gra- dient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. ＇RESULTS The linear ranges of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, physcion, honokiol and magnolol were 1.51 -24.2 μg/mL （r =0. 999 6）, 3.26 -52. 2 μg/mL （r =0. 999 8）, 1.70 -27.25 μg/mL （r =0. 999 7）, 5.94 -95μg/mL （r =0. 999 9）, 2. 87 -45.9 μg/mL （r =0. 999 8）, 7.78 - 124. 5μg/mL （r = 0. 999 9） and 13.5 -216 μg/mL （r =0. 999 9） , respectively. The average recoveries were 96. 93% , 96. 81% , 94. 84% , 97.34% , 97.57% , 98.82% and 98.40% , respectively, and RSDs were 1.77% , 2.22% , 0. 67% , 2.44% , 1.73% , 0. 82% and 0. 91% , respectively. CONCLUTION The method is accurate, convenient and has good precision. It can be used for determination of the preparation.
