摘  要:目的采用超高效液相色谱与串联四级杆飞行时间质谱仪联用技术(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)对瑶药千斤拔中黄酮类成分进行分析,并对主要成分进行鉴定。方法用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱,以水(A)/乙腈(B)梯度洗脱,使用ESI离子源,正、负离子模式下采集数据。结果 10 min内对千斤拔醇提物进行UPLC的快速分离,根据高分辨质谱结果和MS/MS碎片、结合对照品信息和相关文献,鉴定出千斤拔中20种黄酮类成分。结论应用UPLC/Q-TOF-MS技术可以快速有效地分析千斤拔中黄酮类成分及其二级质谱的裂解规律。AIM To analyze flavonoids in Flemingia philippinensis Merr. et Rolfe. , using ultra-performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF-MS). METHODS The chromatographic separation was performed on BEH C18 column with gradient elution of water(A)-acetonitrile(B). The mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ionization source was used as detector and operated in the positive and negative ion modes. RESULTS Twenty flavonoids were identified based on their elemental compositions, MS/MS data with reference and published literatures within 10 min. CONCLUSION UPLC/Q-TOF-MS is a rap- id and effective technology to obtain the structural information and the MS fragmentation regularity of flavonoids in Flemingia philippinensis Merr. et Rolfe.
