摘　　要：目的对调节血脂药的作用机制进行综述,为调节血脂药物的研发提供参考。方法查阅国内外相关文献,进行整理和归纳。结果从调节血脂不同途径结合相关靶点蛋白的角度出发,对调节血脂药的作用机制进行了综述。结论新的机制和靶点的发现将会促进调节血脂药物的研发,提高疗效,克服现有药物的不良反应。Objective To review the mechanism of lipid regulators so that to provide a reference for the research and development of hypolipidemic drugs. Methods Recent literatures both domestic and abroad were summarized and analyzed. Results Through differ- ent pathways of regulating blood lipid and combined with relevant targets, mechanism of different lipid regulators was reviewed. Conclusion The discovery of new mechanisms and targets will promote the research and development of lipid regulators, improve the efficacy, and overcome the adverse reactions of current drugs.
