摘　　要：目的观察石榴皮水提物(AEPP)对麻醉家兔血压和呼吸的影响。方法选用新西兰雄性家兔,动物分为对照组(n=5,静脉注射生理盐水2×10-3L)和实验组(分为AEPP 0.1,1和2 mg/kg 3个剂量组)。将家兔麻醉后,记录给药前5min、给药后即刻～30 min血压、呼吸运动曲线。结果与对照组比较,1mg/kg AEPP组的收缩压在给药后20～30 min时明显降低(P﹤0.05);2 mg/kg AEPP组的心率、呼吸频率和幅度在给药后10 min时,明显降低(P<0.05);0.1 mg/kgAEPP组的血压、心率和呼吸频率、幅度的变化均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论较大剂量AEPP对麻醉家兔的心率、血压和呼吸运动有一定的抑制作用。Objective To study the effect of aqueous extract of pomegranate peel（AEPP） on blood pressure and respiratory movement in anesthetic rabbit. Methods The New Zealand male rabbits were divided into control group and experimental groups.Rabbits in the control group were injected with normal saline（2×10-3L） via ear vein,while the ones in the experimental groups were respectively injected with AEPP（0.1,1,2 mg/kg）.The blood pressure and respiratory curve were recorded for 5 mins before and 30 mins after drugs administration,respectively. Results Compared with the control group（n=5）,the systolic pressure was obviously decreased（P﹤0.05） during 20~30 min after injecting the AEFF（1 mg/kg,n=5）,and the heart rate,the respiratory frequency,amplitude were apparently decreased（P﹤0.05） within 10 mins after injecting the AEPP（2 mg/kg,n=5）.The group with 0.1 mg/kg AEPP（n=5） had no significant changes on blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory frequency and amplitude. Conclusion Higher doses of AEPP can inhibit heart rate,systolic pressure and respiratory movement in the anesthetic rabbits.
