摘 要:目的建立安息香中肉桂酸含量测定方法,并比较不同产地安息香中肉桂酸的含量差异。方法使用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(40∶60∶0.6),流速1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃,检测波长为270 nm。结果肉桂酸在0.110 5~1.105μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为100.81%,RSD为2.89%。不同产地药材中肉桂酸的含量范围为0.047%~0.103%。结论中国、苏门答腊、泰国3个产地安息香中肉桂酸的含量没有显著性差异。Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of cinnamic acid in Benzoinum and compare the content from different habitats. Methods The Agilent TC-C18 analytical column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with Methanol-water-acetic acid(40: 60: 0.6)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The column temperature was at 25℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between content and peak area when the content was within the range of 0.110 5~1.105 μg.The average recovery was 100.81%,and RSD was 2.89%.The content of cinnamic acid in Benzoinum from different habitats ranged from 0.047% to 0.103%. Conclusion There has no significant difference in content of cinnamic acid among China,Sumatra and Thailand.
