不同性别类型刺五加根茎和茎有效成分季节积累规律的研究

摘　　要：目的评价不同性别类型刺五加根茎和茎有效成分季节积累规律,从而确定出优质药材性别类型和最佳采收期。方法采用RP-HPLC色谱法检测刺五加苷B、绿原酸及刺五加苷E和异嗪皮啶含量。结果不同性别类型刺五加的有效成分含量季节积累规律相似。长花丝刺五加中刺五加苷B、刺五加苷E和绿原酸含量大于短花丝刺五加,特别在花期前(7月中旬)表现更加明显。异嗪皮啶的含量相反,短花丝类型高于长花丝类型。结论长花丝刺五加优于短花丝刺五加,春季和秋季活性成分含量较高。Objective To determine the ideal sexual type and optimal collection period by evaluating qualities of stem and rhizome of Acanthopanax senticosus related to sexual type and season change. Methods A validated HPLC-UV method was developed to determine the contents of eleutheroside B,chlorogenic acid,eleutheroside E and isofraxidin. Results The content change regularities of the two sexual types were similar.The contents of eleutheroside B,eleutheroside E and chlorogenic acid in long filament type of Acanthopanax senticosus exceeded the short filament one obviously,particularly before flower period. Conclusion The long filament type of Acanthopanax senticosus is better and the main active compounds are higher in spring or autumn.
