关于脉岛数的定义、测定方法、恒定性的商榷

摘　　要：目的完善、发展"脉岛数"鉴别方法。方法常规显微鉴别法。通过观测8种生药的脉岛形状、大小以及考察广东桑叶、水半夏叶的脉岛数的恒定性,提出改进的建议。结果鸢尾、对叶百部、杧果的脉岛的面积大于4 mm2(8.80mm2,4.50 mm2,4.10 mm2);鸢尾、射干、对叶百部、砂仁、沿阶草、瞿麦等的长径大于4 mm(7.50 mm,9.05mm,8.13 mm,5.13mm,8.13 mm,6.62 mm);不同大小的广东桑叶片的脉岛数之间的差异(P﹤0.01),产于南宁与产于凭祥的广东桑叶片的脉岛数之间的差异(P﹤0.01),不同形状的水半夏的叶片的脉岛数之间的差异(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)均具有统计学意义。结论脉岛数的定义应表述为:单位面积的叶片中所含脉岛的数目;"单位面积"的面积单位应视不同生药而定。"同种植物的脉岛数是恒定的"命题不具备普适性;因此在决定把脉岛数作为鉴别特征之前,必须系统地考察其恒定性。观测脉岛数的视野与供观测的叶片小块应相互匹配,它们的形状、大小尚无法统一规定,宜根据脉岛的形状、大小来决定。Objective To perfect and develop the identification method of the vein-islet number. Methods Use the method of common microscopic identification.To put forward some improvement proposal via observing the shape and size of the vein-islet of eight kinds of crude drugs and studying the constant of vein-islet number of Morus atropurpurea and Typhonium flagelliforme. Results The vein-islet areas of Iris tectorum,Stemona tuberosa,Mangifera indica,etc.are larger than 4mm2（8.8mm2,4.50mm2,4.10mm2）;Of Iris tectorum,Belamcanda chinensis,Stemona tuberosa,Amonum villosum,Ophiopogon bodinieri,Dianthus superbus,etc.the major diameter axis lengths are longer than 4mm（7.50 mm,9.05 mm,8.13 mm,5.13 mm,8.13 mm,6.62 mm）.There is difference in vein-islet number in different size leaves of Morus atropurpurea or different shape leaves of Typhonium flagelliformesproduced in Nanning and in Pingxiang（P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01）. Conclusion The concept should be selected vein-islet number should be defined as the amount of vein-islet per unit area,and the unit of area depends on different plant crude drugs.The proposition ＂the vein-islet number of homogeneity plant is constant＂ is not universally.Therefore the constancy of its vein-islet number should be systematically before using vein-islet number to distinguish a plant crude drug.The field of vision to observe vein-islet number with the leaf blade scrap for observation should mutually match.However their shape and size are still unable to be unified,thus only according to the shape and size of vein-islet.
