肾间质纤维化的中医辨治浅析

摘　　要：肾间质纤维化是各种慢性肾脏疾病进展中的基本病理改变,也是发生终末期肾衰竭的最终共同通路。近年的临床和实验研究表明,中医药防治肾纤维化具有广泛的前景。文章拟对肾间质纤维化的中医辨治特点进行探讨,从标本缓急,扶正祛邪;重视脾胃,顾护胃气;活血化淤,不失机宜;通利六腑,祛除废物四个方面进行翔实梳理,以期对临床辨治本病提供参考。Renal interstitial fibros is the basic pathological changes of chronic kidney disease progression,it is also the common pathway of end-stage renal failure final occurrence.In recent years,clinical and experimental studies have shown that Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis has a broad prospect.From branch and root,strengthening healthy ＂qi＂ to eliminate pathogenic factors;paying attention to the spleen and stomach,nursing stomach ＂qi＂;promoting blood circulation at the right time;dredging six ＂fu＂ organs and eliminating waste four aspects.This article discussed renal interstitial fibrosis characteristics of TCM Syndrome differentiation and treatment,in order to provide an important reference for the clinical treatment.
