摘　　要：目的调查军区驻岛部队皮肤病发病情况,分析其发病与训练环境、气候条件及卫勤保障的关系。方法采用普查法,对1386例驻岛部队官兵进行皮肤病流行病学调查。结果共检出皮肤病210例,发病率15.15%。变态反应性疾病、皮肤附属器疾病及真菌性皮肤病发病率最高。结论气候潮湿、高强度训练等是驻岛部队皮肤病发生的主要原因,应采取有效科学方法进行防治。Objective To investigate the incidence of dermatosis occurred in the troops stationed in the islands, and analyze the relationship between dermatosis incidence and the training environment, climatic conditions and logistics support. Methods The study was performed by using census method, which including a dermatosis epidemiological study on 1386 soldiers stationed in the islands. Results A total of 210 soldiers were found to be suffering from skin diseases and the morbidity was 15.15%. The morbidity of allergic disease, skin appendages disease and fungal infection disease was significantly higher than others dermatosis. Conclusion Humid climate and high intensity training accounts for the main causes of the dermatosis occurred in the troops stationed in the islands in our military region. For prevention and treatment of those dermatosis, more scientific and effective methods should be taken.
