摘　　要：银屑病的发生、发展、预后与患者的全身状况有密切联系,而睡眠情况是体现心身健康状态的重要方面。该文就患者睡眠质量状况以及睡眠相关的生物节律、自主神经功能等方面的研究进行综述,并探讨与银屑病整体状态相关的评价方法。Psoriasis＇ occurrence, development and prognosis is closely related with the patient＇s general condition. Sleep is a regulated process with restorative functions for physical and mental conditions, which is looked on as an important manifestation of the general condition. This article focused on the patients＇ sleep quality, sleep-related biologic rhythms and autonomic nerve function, meanwhile discussed the ways to evaluate the patients＇ general condition.
