中药淀粉浴联合药物治疗老年性瘙痒症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药淀粉浴联合药物治疗老年性瘙痒症的疗效。方法将120例患者分为两组,对照组给予复方甘草酸苷注射液80mg静脉滴注,每日1次,依巴斯汀10mg/d口服;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上联用中药淀粉浴,疗程为2周。结果试验组有效率为85.07%,对照组为69.81%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药淀粉浴治疗老年性瘙痒症疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine starch bath for pruritus senilis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given compound glycyrrhizin injection 80 milligram iv gtt.qd, meanwhile taking ebastine tablets 10 milligram po qd. In addition to the above treatment, treatment group was given Chinese medicine starch bath for 2 weeks. Results The effective rate of treatment group and the control was 85.07% and 69.81% respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Chinese medicine starch bath with pharmacotherapy in the treatment of pruritus senilis is obvious.
