摘　　要：本文借鉴了物理学中势差的概念与原理,用两区域产业转移模型,从经济势差、产业势差、成本势差、交易成本势差、技术势差五个方面对我国东部发达省级区域与欠发达省级区域的产业转移发生势差进行综合评价。基于产业转移的影响因素进行综合评价体系的构建,运用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重,采用历年年鉴的数据测算出各发达区域至各欠发达区域的产业转移发生势差的评分结果。本文的基本结论是:中国各发达地区转移至各欠发达地区的转移趋势可以用产业转移发生势差加以估计,各地区的产业转移发生势差综合评分与各地区在中国经济格局中的地位基本保持一致。This paper draws on the concept and principle of potential difference from physics, with two regional industry transfer model, from the economic potential difference, the industrial potential difference, the cost potential difference, transaction costs potential difference and the technical potential difference in term of five respect, made comprehensive evahmtion of industrial transfer occurred potential difference between China＇s developed eastern of the provincial regions and less developed. Based on the factors affecting the transfer of industry making construction of comprehensive evaluation system, and using AHP to determine the weight of the various indicators, and adopling the calendar year book data calculated industries transfer occurred potential difference score results from the developed regions to the less developed regions. The basic conclusions of this paper are as follows： The transfer trends of the developed areas of China to the less developed regions can be used to estimate the industrial transfer potential difference; Industries transfer occurred potential difference comprehensive score of each region is in accord with the regional economic structure in China＇s position.
