摘　　要：本文主要对碳排放交易初始配额分配机制、碳排放交易的价格机制和碳排放交易产生的社会经济效应等一系列热点问题的相关文献进行了整理和简单评述,并在此基础上结合中国碳排放交易发展的现状,对碳排放交易在中国的发展进行了分析,指出了未来中国碳排放交易的研究方向。This paper aimes to summarize and make a comment about the main arguments on carbon emission trading. Quota allocation mechanism, price mechanism and economic effects of carbon emission trading are three crucial topics and have been attached much attention. Based on the evolution of carbon emission trading, this paper also analyzes the current situation of China＇s carbon emission trading and presents some further directions of the carbon emission trading research.
