Effects of Preparation Process on the Performances of Tungsten Phosphide Catalysts for Carbon Dioxide Reforming of Methane

摘  要:采用程序升温还原的方法制备磷化钨(WP)催化剂,以物质的量比为1∶1的甲烷和二氧化碳的混合气为反应气,对催化剂的重整活性进行评价。考察了用溶胶凝胶法、高温固相法和水热法等不同方法制备催化剂前体对WP催化性能的影响。实验结果表明:溶胶凝胶法和高温固相法所制备的WP催化剂都具有较好的重整活性,甲烷的转化率都可达到88%以上。这3种方法所制备催化剂前体经程序升温还原后都可以得到较纯的WP粉体晶相。The tungsten phosphide (WP) catalysts ware prepared by the temperature programmed reduction method. Subsequently, catalyst activity evaluation was performed in the carbon dioxide reforming of methane reaction ,and the molar ratio of 1 : 1 mixture of CH4 and CO2 was used as the reaction gas. The influence of the catalyst precursor prepared by different preparation methods (such as sol-gel method, high temperature solid state method and hydrothermal method) on WP catalytic properties was studied. The results showed that the catalysts with higher reforming activity ware prepared by the sol-gel and high temperature solid state method, and the conversion rate of methane could be reach about 88 %. The catalyst precursors ware prepared by those methods, which ware reduced by temperature-programmed reduction to get pure WP powder crystalline phase.
