摘 要:采用分区耦合数值算法,以火灾环境下气瓶传热过程为研究对象,依据气瓶外表面温度和热流密度连续性耦合边界条件,计算得到了在火灾环境下氢气瓶的温度场、热流密度分布,以及内部介质的温度场和压力场。模拟结果表明:热流密度和温度场显不均匀分布,气瓶的中底部热流密度、温度最高,可能是气瓶薄弱环节。气瓶的热响应是研究气瓶力学响应和其失效机制的前提,对气瓶的安全设计和灭火救援具有一定的参考价值。The heat transfer process of hydrogen storage vessels was used as the research object,and based on the coupling boundary conditions of the outer surface temperature and heat flux continuity for hydrogen storage vessels, the information about the temperature fields and heat flux distributions of the fire environment and the tank, and the temperature and pressure field of the filling medium were obtained with the zoning coupling numerical algo- rithm. Simulation results showed that the heat flux and temperature distribution is uniform;the maximum value is appeared in the bottom of the central cylinder which may be dangerous. The thermal response of hydrogen storage vessels is premise on studying of its mechanical response and failure mechanism. The results may supply reference value for the safety design and the fire-fighting measures.
