成都市8168例儿童血铅检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨成都市儿童血铅水平及铅中毒流行状况,为预防儿童铅中毒提供依据。方法:采用原子吸收光谱分析法对成都市幼儿园健康儿童及常规门诊体检儿童末梢血进行血铅浓度测定。结果:8168例儿童血铅浓度水平范围是2-328μg/L,平均值为47.81μg/L。其中男童血铅水平为49.08μg/L,女童血铅水平为47.15μg/L;铅中毒儿童共292例,总检出率为3.57%,其中男童铅中毒率为3.79%,女童铅中毒率为3.31%;检出血铅>200μg/L的儿童共32例,占调查总数的0.39%。不同性别儿童血铅异常率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各年龄组之间血铅水平均值及铅中毒率分布差异显著,且随年龄增加,血铅水平及铅中毒检出率呈逐渐增高的趋势。结论:目前成都市儿童铅浓度及血铅中毒率低于全国平均水平,铅中毒有一定检出率;随着年龄的增大,儿童血铅浓度及铅中毒率均呈增高趋势,应重视儿童铅中毒的预防。Objective ： To provide the scientific guidance for the prevention of lead poisoning in children, the blood lead level and lead poisoning incidence of children in Chengdu is investigated. Methods 8168 cases of outpatients in our hospital and kindergarten children were surveyed randomly in the range of 0 - 12 years old. The concentrations of blood lead level of these children were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The subject range of 8168 cases of children blood lead ranged from 2 to 328μg/L. The mean blood lead concentration af the whole children was 47.81μg/L, and the ratio of lead poisoning of all surveyed children was 3.37%. The average blood lead of male and female was 49.08μg/L and 47.15μg/L respectively, with the lead poisoning incidence of 3.79% and 3.31% for male and femal. There was no significant difference in the male and femal group with the blood lead level and lead poisoning incidence. While the blood lead levels and the lead poisoning rate increased with age （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The children blood lead levels of Chengdu was relatively lower than the national average. However, the blood lead level tends to increase with the increase of age. So attention and effective measures should be taken to actively prevent children lead poisoning.
