摘 要:采用土培试验,通过提高土壤生物有效性铜含量,研究不同含量(0、150、500、1 000、1 500 mg.kg-1)铜处理对‘凤丹’根系中铜和丹皮酚的含量、存在形态和分布特征的影响。结果表明:500 mg.kg-1铜处理对‘凤丹’根系中丹皮酚的合成具有促进作用;而当铜处理浓度过高时,则抑制丹皮酚在根系的积累。铜处理后,‘凤丹’根系中丹皮酚主要分布在韧皮部,栓皮层和木质部含量较少;而铜主要分布在栓皮层。采用逐级提取法,对根系内不同形态铜进行逐步提取,结果显示,不同浓度铜处理下铜在‘凤丹’根中存在的化学形态以NaCl提取态铜为主,其次是去离子水提取态铜和HCl提取态铜;而丹皮酚主要存在于80%乙醇提取液中。The contents, existing form and distribution of copper and paeonol in roots of Paeonia suffruticosa ' Fengdan ' were investigated under copper treatment in a pot experiment. Copper was added as sulphate to the soil at different levels. The results indieated that paeonol synthesis of P. suffruticosa'Fengdan' roots was promoted at 500 mg. kg-1 copper; however the effects were converse at higher level of copper. The distribution of paeonol was chiefly in phloem,whereas the copper was mainly accumulated in cortex bolt. The different chemical forms of copper were extracted by sequential extraction method, and then the concentration of copper and paeonol in different extractions were determined. The results showed that the NaCI extracted form was primary for eopper, posteriorly were deionized water extractable form and HCl extractable form;different with copper,most of paeonol existed in 80% alcohol.
