需求对战略性新兴产业的拉动作用研究综述——兼论需求和创新对产业结构演变的作用

摘　　要：文章从需求的角度梳理一般性创新和破坏性创新发生的机理,主要研究消费者的各种特征如何影响其对新产品和新技术的需求,进而影响采用新技术的企业和在位主导企业的生存和发展以及由此产生的战略性新兴产业的兴起和发展过程。文章进一步讨论了由此引起的产业结构的变迁。最后,通过案例说明了需求通过创新对战略性新兴产业的拉动作用,分析了一些发达国家在创新和战略性新兴产业发生和发展过程中需求所产生的作用,以此为我国战略性新兴产业的发展提供理论和经验依据。This paper reviewed on the arising mechanism of general innovation and disruptive innovation in the view of demand, mainly studied several problems of how the various characters of consumers affect demand for new products and new technologies, how they further affect the survival and development of new firm with new technologies and incumbent firms, how the two point above influence the emergence and development of the strategic emerging industries. Further more, the paper discussed the evolution of industrial structure caused by situation mentioned above. Finally, by cases of the strategic emerging industries in developed countries, the paper showed the pulling effect of demand on the strategic emerging industries through innovations especially disruptive innovations. These theory and experience of other countries can supply references with the development of our country＇ s strategic emerging industries.
