孕晚期血清游离雌三醇水平预测早产的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨孕晚期血清游离雌三醇(E3)测定对早产评估的价值。方法对561例产妇在孕晩期后采用化学发光法测定血清E3,跟踪随访产妇生产状况。结果早产孕妇平均E3为(12.29±5.94)ng/ml,明显低于足月产孕妇的(18.85±6.77)ng/ml(P<0.01);血清E3含量偏低组孕妇早产率为15.3%,明显高于雌三醇正常组的4.1%和雌三醇偏高组的1.1%(P<0.01)。结论孕晚期孕妇血清E3含量偏低者容易发生早产。Objective To evaluate the role of serum free estriol level in predicting premature delivery in late pregnancy. Methods Serum levels of estriol were measured in 561 cases of late pregnancy and delivery was followed up. Results Serum levels of estriol were lower in the pregnants with premature delivery than those with full-term labor [（12.29±5.94） ng/ml vs.（18.85±6.77） ng/ml] （P0.01）.The rate of premature delivery in the cases with lower serum estriol was 15.3%, which was significantly higher than 4.1% in those with normal serum estrol and 1.1% in those with higher level of sereum estrol（P0.01）. Conclusion The late pregnants with low levels of serum free estriol are susceptible to premature delivery.
