摘　　要：采用常用专利情报分析方法,选择中国专利数据库,对我国LED产业相关专利文献,从发展趋势、技术领域、地域分布等角度进行计量分析,并以专利为视角对我国LED产业现状、技术水平和发展趋势进行分析和评价,为我国LED产业发展战略提供情报参考。Based on Chinese patent databases, using common method of intelligence analysis, from the angles of development trend, tech- nology domain and geographical distribution, this paper makes a patentometric analysis on LED industry in China. It also analyses and evaluates the industry actuality, technology level and development trend of LED industry in China from the angle of patent. The results provide intelligence reference for strategies of LED industry in China.
