摘　　要：核心企业是技术供应链上的链主,是技术供应链上的知识共享和创造中心。在技术供应链竞争中,核心企业承担着重要的组织和管理功能。根据国内外的研究成果,阐述了技术供应链及其核心企业的内涵,并在此基础上,借助价值链理论对核心企业参与知识流动价值增值机理进行分析,以便提高整个技术供应链的创新绩效。Being the chain host, the core enterprise plays the roles of knowledge sharing and creation center on the technical supply chain. In the technical supply chain competition, the core enterprise is undertaking the important function of organization and management. The article explores the results of research both at home and abroad, elaborates the technical supply chain and its core enterprise＇s connotation, and then analyzes the mechanism for core enterprise to take participate in knowledge-flow process by the value Chain theory with the pur- pose of enhancing the technology supply chain innovation performance.
