和谐信息化双规则机制的分析与验证

摘　　要：详细进行了和谐信息化理论依据、内涵及基本框架等方面的概述,表明了企业要运用"双规则"机制保证信息化建设成功的思路和模式。然后运用问卷调查的方法,验证了"双规则"机制在企业信息化建设过程中存在的普遍性,从而论证了和谐信息化所提倡的用"双规则"机制解决信息化问题的可行性,为企业信息化建设提供了有益的启示和积极的指导作用。Based on the content and framework of Hexie informatization theory, this paper suggests that the enteq^ises should use the ＂ dual principles＂ mechanism to ensure the success of informatization construction. Through a survey, we verify the universality of the ＂dual principles＂ mechanism in the in the process of enterprise infotmatization construction and deraonstrate the feasibility of the ＂dual principles＂ mechanism, solving the problem of enterprise infonnatization. The ＂dual principles＂ mechanism provides a useful inspiration and positive guidance for informatization of enterprises.
