六甲基磷酰三胺对桔小实蝇的不育效果研究

摘　　要：六磷胺处理对桔小实蝇成虫不育效果试验结果表明,当处理雌虫时,0.01%处理浓度不影响产卵量,但使卵孵化率明显降低;0.10%以上浓度处理时致雌虫不产卵;当处理雄虫时,0.20%处理浓度可使与之交配的雌虫产卵量明显减少,且所产卵不能孵化。因此,0.20%处理浓度即可达到使桔小实蝇成虫完全不育的效果。Sterile effects of hexamethyl phosphoryl triamide （i.e. HMPA） on Bactrocera dorsalis （Hendel） adults were studied in laboratory. The results revealed that number of eggs produced by females did not decrease in the treatment of 0.01% concentration, while the hatching ratio of eggs did obviously. Treatments in concentration of 0.10% and 0.20% could cause the females completely sterile. When only males were treated by 0.2% concentration, the number of eggs produced by the females which mated with treated males decreased obviously, and the hatching rate was entirly surpressed. 0.20% concentration of HMPA was most suitable in steriling Bactrocera dorsalis adults.
