土地股份合作制对农民增收的影响研究——基于广东东莞虎门镇的调查

摘　　要：以广东省东莞市虎门镇农村社区为研究对象,采取实地调研、案例研究方法,分析了当地27个农村土地股份合作制改革状况以及对农民增收的影响,调查结果表明,实行土地股份合作制对农民收入增加存在正面影响,但对不同村庄农民增收的影响和贡献程度不相同,土地股份合作制促进农民增收的绩效水平要受当地地理位置、村干部组织管理水平、招商引资力度、经济发展水平等因素的影响。The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of the land shareholding cooperative system on farmers＇ income. The case study and literature research methodology are employed to analysis the reformation of the ].and cooperative system in Humen Town. The results show that the implement of land shareholding cooperative system has positive impact on increase of farmers＇ income, but the extent of the impact is varied with different villages. It is concluded that the impact of the land shareholding cooperative system on farmers＇ income is influenced by the geographic location, the management level of the village committee, the soliciting for direct foreign investments.
