摘　　要：提出了河北省新型农村金融机构的发展现状及面临的问题,并以新型农村金融机构为核心,构建了农村新民居投融资体系。通过新民居投融资体系完善新型农村金融机构的支农性,充分发挥金融支持作用,进一步解决新民居建设中的资金瓶颈问题,促进新民居建设稳健发展。The paper put forward present state and existing problem of the new rural financial institutions in Hebei province, and taked new rural financial institutions as the core, to construct the new rural residential investment and financing system. Through new residential investment and financing system, we could improve the role of new rural financial institutions in agriculture, give full financial support, further resolve funding bottlenecks in the construction of new residential, promote new residence construction to develop steadily.
