摘 要:通过生料易烧性试验、熟料矿物岩相分析、XRD、SEM、水泥胶砂强度试验、重金属离子浸出试验等,对利用城市垃圾分拣残渣配料煅烧硅酸盐水泥熟料及其水化反应的特征进行了研究。结果表明:城市垃圾分拣残渣配料制成的水泥熟料,其矿物结构与常规的硅酸盐水泥熟料相同;其烧成温度有降低的趋势;其水化产物和凝结硬化过程与常规硅酸盐水泥相同;熟料煅烧和凝结硬化过程对城市垃圾中重金属离子的固化有一定的辅助作用。Through experiments on burnability of raw materials,petrographic analysis of cement clinker,XRD, SEM, strength test of cement mortar, soluble test of heavy metal ion and so on,portland cement clinker calcined by using residue which is sorted in municipal refuse and its characteristic of hydration reaction have been researched.The results show that: the mineral structure of cement clinker made from residue which is sorted in municipal refuse is identical with that of conventional Portland cement clinker;and its firing temperature tends to decrease;its hydrated product and process of setting and hardening is identical with that of conventional portland cement clinker;calcination process of clinker and pro- cess of setting and hardening have played some additional role in solidify of heavy metal ion in municipal refuse.
