摘 要:针对混凝土中聚羧酸外加剂与砂含泥量之间的适应性进行了相关试验,研究了砂含泥量对聚羧酸外加剂性能的影响。通过生产用混凝土配合比的试验,并用人工添加含泥量的方法,找出砂含泥量影响聚羧酸外加剂适应性的程度,并根据试验结果指导实际生产,对细骨料进厂严格控制,从而保证混凝土的各项性能满足施工及技术要求。试验结果表明,随着砂泥含量增加,混凝土拌合物的性能逐渐下降,砂含泥量在3125%及以下时较好,在6.25%及以下时初始状态较好,1h后的状态一般,大于6.25%时,初始状态较差;砂含泥量在1.25%6.25%范围内时,混凝土抗压强度下降不明显,当泥含量大于6.25%时,混凝土抗压强度下降较大。For the adaptability of polycarboxylic admixture and clay in concrete,we research the impact of clay on performance of polycarboxylic admixture through the tests.By the test of mix proportion of concrete which in product, and add the clay in sand of artificial,we find law between polycarboxylic admixture and the content of clay in sand, according to the results, we control the fine aggregates' quality strictly to ensure the all kinds of performances in concrete meet the requirements for construction.The results show that, with the increase of clay in sand, there is a fall in concrete's performance gradually.When the content of clay below 3.25% is good;below 6.25% is well in the initial state,not vary good after i hour later;above 6.25% all of the performances is poor.Concrete compressive strength decline is not obvious when the content of clay between 1.25% to 6.25% in sand, above 6.25% compressive strength decline obviously.
