利用铁尾矿替代细石英砂配制聚合物水泥砂浆的研究

摘　　要：在分析目前墙体外保温薄抹灰柔性聚合物水泥砂浆中细石英砂的基础上,提出利用铁尾矿完全替代细石英砂配制薄抹灰聚合物水泥砂浆,并对此进行了系统的研究,探讨了可再分散性乳胶粉、纤维素醚、减水剂、木质素纤维和聚丙烯纤维对聚合物水泥砂浆性能的影响,并进行了微观结构和作用机理分析。利用铁尾矿替代细石英砂配制的聚合物水泥砂浆各项性能指标均达到墙体外保温薄抹灰聚合物水泥砂浆的国家标准。Based on analyzed the characteristics of sand of thin-layer polymer-modified cement mortar,thin-layer polymer-modified cement mortar is prepared by iron railings which replace fine quartz sand.The influence of dosage of EVA,HPMC, water reducing agent on mortar are studied in this paper, using scanning electron microscopy on the mortar specimens were micro-structural analysis and mechanism analysis.The performance of polymer cement mortar which prepared by using iron railings substitute fine silica sand are reached external thermal insulation thin wall plastering polymer cement mortar national standards.
