摘　　要：金融危机的爆发是全球产业发展矛盾激化的产物,也是国家竞争格局的一次大调整。2008年爆发的这场全球金融危机催使各国加快产业技术创新步伐,引发全球新一轮产业调整、转移和升级,带来增长方式的深刻调整,也在一定程度上改变了国际竞争格局,特别是新兴经济体国家在危机克服中表现"抢眼",经济强劲复苏,国家竞争力得到显著提升。后金融危机时期产业升级需要更强技术支撑,技术创新将成为产业发展模式突破和全球产业利益调整的重要推动力,是增强国家竞争优势的重要来源。当前及今后一个时期,世界各个国家都应审时度势,把握机遇,加快产业技术创新,增强国家核心竞争优势,不断提升国际竞争力。The outbreak of financial crisis is the result of the contradiction of the global industry, and it is also an adjustment of the national competition pattern. This global financial crisis which broke out in 2008 propels every country to speed up the pace of industrial technological innovation, initiate a new round of the adjustment, transfer and upgrade the industry, bring a profound adjustment of the growing pattern, and then change the international competition pattern. The expression of emerging economies is especially attractive, their economic recovery is strong and their national competitiveness is improving apparently. During the post-financial-crisis, industry upgrading needs stronger technical support, therefore, technology innovation will become an impor- tant motivation which can break through industry development model and adjust the global industry interests, it is also the impor- tant source of enhancing national competition advantage. From current and henceforth a period, every country must consider the situation, seize the opportunity, speed up industrial technology innovation advantage and update international competition contin- uously.
