广西河池市地质灾害的基本特征及防治策略

摘　　要：从河池市地质灾害的群发性、区域性、周期性、突发性等方面分析了其地质灾害的发育特征,从地形地貌条件、新构造运动和断裂、水作用及人类活动影响等方面分析了形成地质灾害的条件及影响因素,提出建立地质灾害群策群防体系网络,积极推进灾害管理的信息化、科学化、规范化和法制化,指出该区地质灾害防治工作艰巨,要加强地质灾害调查、监测、预警预报等工作力度。The growth characteristics of the geo-hazards in Hechi City were analyzed, including its group occurrence, regions of occurrence, periodicity and irregular occurrence. Formation condi- tion and influence factors of the geo-hazards were analyzed from the earth＇s surface condition,new tectonic movement and the cracks, effect of water and mankind activity. Finally, suggestions were put forward for the prevention and cure of the geo-hazards, including the establishment of a geo-hazard mass monitoring and preventing network, the promotion of informationized, scientif- ic, standardized and lawful management of calamities, and the further enhance of surveying, mo- nitoring and early warning of geo-hazards since the relevant local control is very difficult.
