中药复方预防肛管尖锐湿疣复发的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方熏洗坐浴加保留灌肠预防肛管尖锐湿疣复发的临床效果。方法将我科32例肛管尖锐湿疣住院患者随机分成治疗组17例和对照组15例。两组患者均应用高频电刀手术治疗,术后以干扰素病损皮下局部注射。治疗组在高频电刀手术治疗加干扰素病损皮下局部注射的基础上联合中药复方熏洗坐浴加保留灌肠;对照组在高频电刀手术治疗加干扰素病损皮下局部注射的基础上以1∶8000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。结果治疗组治愈率88.2%,对照组治愈率73.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肛管复发性尖锐湿疣,经高频电刀清除可见疣体后以干扰素病损皮下局部注射联合中药复方熏洗坐浴加保留灌肠,能提高尖锐湿疣的远期治愈率及减少复发。Objective To observe clinical effect of traditional tion enema tubing to prevent recurrence of anal condyloma Chinese medicine compound fumigation, sitz bath and reten- acuminatum. Methods All 32 cases of hospitalized patients with anal condyloma acuminatum in our department were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group of 17 cases and control group of 15 cases. The patients in both groups applied the high-frequency electric knife surgery and postopera- tive subcutaneous local injection of interferon at lesions. Meanwhile the treatment group combined traditional Chinese medicine compound fumigation, sitz bath and retention enema; the control group combined 1：8000 potassium permanganate sitz bath. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, and that of the control group was 73.3%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For recurrent anal condyloma acuminatum, the high-frequency electric knife surgery removing the visible wart and postoperative subcutaneous local injection of interferon at lesions joint herbal fumigation sitz bath and retention enema, can improve the long-term cure rate and reduce the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
