摘　　要：目的观察贵州小型猪胃粘膜5-羟色胺(5-HT)、生长抑素(SS)免疫反应(IR)细胞的分布及形态特点。方法用免疫组织化学SABC法显示成年贵州小型猪胃粘膜5-HT-IR、SS-IR阳性细胞,观察其分布和形态,并对阳性细胞进行计数。结果成年贵州小型猪胃粘膜5-HT-IR、SS-IR阳性细胞呈锥形、圆形、卵圆形、梭形等多种形态,主要分布于胃腺的体部和底部,阳性细胞计数以胃窦粘膜最多,胃体次之,贲门处最少。结论贵州小型猪胃粘膜5-HT-IR、SS-IR阳性细胞形态多样,分布密度以胃窦粘膜最多,与大多哺乳动物消化道内分泌细胞的分布规律相似。Objective To observe the distribution and morphology of 5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT） and somatostatin（SS） immunoreactive（IR） cells in gastric mucosa of Sus Scrofa domestica var.mino guizhounensis Yu.Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to display the 5-HT and SS immunoreactive cells.The number of the cells was counted and image analysis was also used in the study.Results The shapes of 5-HT and SS immunoreactive cells were mainly cone,round ovary and shuttle like,found mainly in the body and base of gastric gland.The positive cell count was the highest in gastric mucosa,followed by stomach body and cardia.Conclusion The shape of 5-HT and SS immunoreactive cells in gastric mucosa of Sus Scrofa domestica var.mino guizhou-nensis Yu is various.The highest density of endocrine cells is found in gastric mucosa,similar to the distribution in mammals.
