多层螺旋CT诊断眼眶内壁骨折的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究多层螺旋CT对眼眶内壁骨折的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析多层螺旋CT扫描临床诊治的爆裂性眼眶内壁骨折患者114例的影像特征,其中男88例,女26例,年龄14～68岁;右侧64例,左侧42例,双侧8例。结果眼眶内壁骨折114例中,显示骨折线22例,眶内壁部分内陷78例,成角错位14例,眶内壁骨折同时伴有内直肌增粗74例,眼睑或眼眶内积气48例,筛窦积液84例,眼肌或眶内脂肪疝入16例。结论多层螺旋CT可以诊断眶内壁骨折类型和周围组织变化情况,对眶壁骨折的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床价值。Obstract To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of medial orbital wall fracture.MethodsThe characteristics of 114 patients with burst medial orbital wall fracture who underwent multi-slice spiral CT imaging were retrospectively analyzed.There were 88 males,26 females,aged between 14 and 68 years including 64 cases at the right side,42 cases at the left side and 8 cases at bilateral sides.Results Among the 114 patients with medial orbital wall fracture,there were 22 cases showing the fracture line,78 cases of partial orbital wall retraction,14 cases of angular misalignment,74 cases of medial rectus muscle enlargement accompanied by medial wall fracture,48 cases of pneumatosis in eyelid or orbital,84 cases of sinus fluid and 16 cases of ocular or orbital fat herniation.ConclusionMulti-slice spiral CT can clearly determine the types of medial orbital wall fracture and changes of surrounding tissues.It has important clinical value for diagnosis and treatment of medial orbital wall fracture.
