摘　　要：针对煤矿工人存在进取意识薄弱、责任意识差和封建迷信等思想问题,提出应对煤矿工人进行思想教育工作,坚持重心下移、以人为本的原则,通过拓展工作途径和扩大教育对象的方式,有针对性地开展各类思想干预活动,这对煤矿企业安全生产活动具有重要的现实意义。Weak enterprising consciousness,low responsibility mentality,feudal superstition and other ideological problems existed in the coalminers,a ideological education work was provided and conducted.Base on sticking to the principles of the main emphasis down to the low position and taking human as the base,with the development of work access and the expansion of the education objects mode,different ideological interposed activities were accordantly conducted and would have practical significances to themine safety production activities of the coalmine enterprises.
