摘　　要：文章通过分析中国平煤神马集团的发展,提出应该用科学发展观、新型资源观、循环经济观的"新三观"来指导企业转型发展。With the analysis on the development of China Pingmei Shenma Group,the paper provided the scientific development view,new resources view and circulated economic view to guide the conversion development of the enterprise.
