痔切闭加外痔切除术治疗急性环状嵌顿痔83例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨痔吻合器切除闭合术(简称痔切闭术)加外痔切除术治疗急性环状嵌顿痔的临床疗效和安全性。方法对近6年来收治的83例急性环状嵌顿痔患者采用痔切闭加外痔切除手术,分析手术效果和并发症。结果 83例均治愈,平均手术时间35mm,疗程8～14d,平均住院时间10d,术后疼痛缓解,排便正常,术后随访3个月至2年均未出现肛周感染、门静脉炎、肛门狭窄、出血、大便失禁及痔复发。结论痔切闭术加外痔切除术对急性环状嵌顿痔安全有效、痛苦小、并发症少。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safe of excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy（ECH） and external hemorrhoidectomy for Acute circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoid.Methods ECH and external hemorrhoidectomy was conducted in 83 cases of Acute circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoids in the last six years,and we analyzed the clinical effect and the complication.Results 62 cases were all cured.The average operation time was 35 minutes.The cure period of time was 8～14 days.The average stay was 10 days.The postoperative pain relieve and defecation was normal soon.We follow up 3 months to 2 years show no infection、pylephlebitis、archostenosis、bleeding、encopresis and no recurrence.Conclusion ECH and external hemorrhoidectomy were safe、effective、little painful an d few complication for Acute circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoid.
