防旋股骨髓内钉与动力髋螺钉治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的比较分析

摘　　要：目的比较防旋股骨髓内钉(PFNA)与动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的手术技巧及治疗效果。方法对37例使用PFNA治疗、41例采用DHS治疗的老年股骨转子间骨折的患者进行随访,比较治疗效果。结果两组患者的治疗效果无明显差异,P>0.05;但PFNA组手术时间短,术中出血量少,与DHS组比较有显著差异,P<0.05。结论 PFNA与DHS治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折均可取得较好的效果,需根据患者的实际情况给予选择。Objective Comparison of anti-femoral intramedullary nail（PFNA） and the dynamic hip screw（DHS）,surgical techniques and therapeutic effects of the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 37 cases using the PFNA treatment,41 cases DHS treatment of femur in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were followed up to compare treatment effects.Results the treatment of two groups of patients with no significant difference,P 0.05;PFNA group of shorter operative time,less blood loss,compared with the DHS group significant difference,P0.05.Conclusion PFNA with the DHS in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures can achieve better results,the doctor must be given the option of the actual situation of the patients.
