摘　　要：目的探讨Fogarty导管取栓术治疗下肢深静脉血栓的循证护理方法。方法通过文献检索等方法寻找循证支持并制定预防措施,再施以有效的干预。结果实施循证护理干预,该组患者运用Fogarty导管取栓术治疗下肢深静脉血栓均恢复良好。结论循证思维是护理工作的基础,应用循证护理能明显提高护理质量,减少术后并发症,促进患者康复。To explore the approaches of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis with Fogarty catheter. Methods To collect evidence by citing datum via CNKI and make preventing measures, then put effective intervention into practice. Result All the patients suffered from lower extremity venous thrombosis treated with Fogarty catheter and recovered very well under the evidence-based nursing. Conclusion Evidence based nursing can improve the quality of nursing obviously, diminish postoperative complication and promote the patients＇ recovery rapidly.
