摘　　要：科学事实是一种客体性事实。实践是检验科学事实的最高标准,科学事实是主观能动性与客观事实性的统一,自身蕴含着客体共享性和平等性。价值事实是一种主体性事实。主体客观性、主体特质性和价值多样性是其主要特性。在认知活动中,科学事实表现为一,价值事实表现为多,但二者关系又具有对立统一性。The scientific-fact is a kind of objective fact.The practice is the highest standard to verify the scientific-fact,it is the unification between the subjective initiative and the objective fact,the object sharing and the equivalent are contained in the scientific-fact itself.The value fact is a kind of independent fact,whose principal characteristics are the main body objectivity,the main body special characteristic and the value multiplicity.In the cognitive activity,the scientific fact displays One,but the value fact is Many,however,they are the unity of opposites between the scientific-fact and the value fact.
