内蒙古特色产业群发展战略探析

摘　　要：特色产业群是指以区域特色产业为依托,以市场需求为导向,以提升竞争力为目标,在某一特色产业领域,具有密切联系的企业及其他相应机构组成的产业集群。近年来内蒙古自治区需解决深化发展优势特色产业、优化经济结构、降低经济增长对资源过度消耗等问题。通过培育特色产业群,有利于推进内蒙古延伸特色产业链、提高特色产业竞争优势,走上循环经济的发展道路。Characteristic industrial clusters are based on regional characteristic industries,oriented by market need,and targeted at improving competitive force.A characteristic industrial cluster is made up of some closely-tied-up firms and other relative institutions among a characteristic industry.In recent years Inner Mongolia is facing such economic problems as upgrading its superiority characteristic industries,modifying its industrial structure,and lowering its excessive dependence of economic growth on resources.The fostering of characteristic industrial clusters may help Inner Mongolia to extend characteristic industrial chains,improve the competitive force of its characteristic industries,and boost the development of circular economy.
