摘　　要：在"十二五"加快经济社会绿色发展的新背景下,电力需求侧管理具有更加丰富的内涵和多重功用,在我国绿色发展战略中占有突出重要地位,需要全面深入地加以推进。Under the new context of accelerating green development of national economy and society during the 12th five-year period, power demand side management has rich implications and multiple functions, and has a prominent significance in China’s green developing strategy, which should be advanced fully and deeply.
