腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊畸形(附14例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊畸形的可行性。方法:回顾分析2008年4月至2010年12月为14例胆囊畸形患者行腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆囊部分切除术的临床资料。结果:14例手术均获成功,手术时间平均(110±15)min;无胆漏发生,术后7天患者痊愈出院。随访6～38个月,术后胆囊收缩功能明显好转。结论:腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆囊部分切除术是治疗胆囊畸形的有效方法,对保护胆囊及胆囊功能有重要意义。Objective：To study the feasibility of partial cholecystectomy with laparoscope and choledochoscope in treatment of gallbladder deformity.Methods：From Apr.2008 to Dec.2010,14 patients with gallbladder deformity underwent partial cholecystectomy using laparoscope and choledochoscope.Clinical data was collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results：All surgeries were performed successfully without bile leakage.The operative time was 90-130 min（110 ±15） min.All patients were discharged 7 days after operation.Postoperative function of gallbladder was better than preoperatively.Conclusions：Partial cholecystectomy with laparoscope and choledochoscope is an effective treatment for gallbladder deformity,and is important for protection of gallbladder and its function.
