摘　　要：知识产权是一种无形资产,与传统的金融资产相比较,知识产权资产有其自身的特点。知识产权证券化运用的是资产证券化的操作技术,被证券化的知识产权应该首先符合资产证券化对资产的要求,并结合知识产权本身特有的属性,确定可证券化的知识产权资产。Intellectual property securitization is asset securitization operation technique, logically, intellectual first meet requirement of the asset securitization on assets. Because of the intellectual property rights as a kind of intangible assets with the characteristics, compare to the traditional financial assets, intellectual property has its own characteristics. According to the securitization of assets selection criteria, combined with the intellectual property itself unique attributes, determine the securitization of intellectual property assets should have the characteristics.
