摘 要:海上低渗气田利用常规手段难以有效开发,一般需采用水平井、分支井固井后射孔加大型压裂技术进行完井,其固井质量直接影响后期增产的效果和气田产量。为保证海上低渗气田水平井段良好的固井质量,设计了柔性水泥浆体系。室内对该水泥浆体系进行了试验评价研究,结果表明:柔性水泥浆体系较普通聚合物低密度水泥浆体系具有失水低、流变性好、体系稳定、强度发展迅速、防窜性能强、韧性高的优点,能够有效满足水平井、分支井固井作业,保证海上低渗气藏后期开发对固井质量的需要。It was difficult to effectively develop the low-permeability reservoirs in offshore oilfields by using conventional methods,perforation and fracturing technologies of horizontal wells and branched wells were generally adopted for completion.A low-density and impervious cement slurry system was designed to ensure a good quality of cementing,which would directly influence the production of gas field and stimulation effect.The laboratory evaluation results show that the slurry system has the characteristics of low filtration,good rheological property,stable performance,high strength in a short time,good anti-channeling performance,and high toughness.The cement slurry system can meet the requirements of cementing operation in horizontal wells and branched wells.It also can ensure the quality required by later development of offshore low permeability gas-fields.
