摘  要:苏里格气田地处毛乌素沙漠腹地,冬季气温低,持续时间长,冻土层较厚,采气管线受地形、埋深、输送压力、环境温度的影响,冬季运行频繁发生堵塞,严重影响气井产能的正常发挥。近年来苏里格气田就解堵技术不断进行探索研究,力求解决冬季生产瓶颈问题,提高气井开井时率。本文分析堵塞原因,简述堵塞定位技术,评价传统解堵方法,并就新型电磁感应加热解堵在苏里格气田近两年的应用试验进行分析总结,为气田寻找一种清洁环保、高效率、低能耗的解堵方法。Sulige gas field located in the Maomsu desert,where the area is low temperature, longe duration and thick permafrost in winter, Gas pipelines are affected by the topography, depth,delivery pressure and ambient temperature, so the pipelines are frequently blocked during the whole winter, the blockage severly affected the normal function of well productivity. In recent years Sulige gas field continues to explore research on deplugging technology, and strives to solve the bottleneck problem in winter, This paper analyzed the reasons for blockage, described blockage positioned technologyand evaluated the traditional deplugging methods, analyzed and summarized the application of tests of the new electromagnetic induction heating deplugging technology in Sulige gas field in the past two years. In oder to seek a clean and environmentally, high efficiency and low-power deplugging method for the gas field.
