摘　　要：目的　增大超长斜方肌区筋膜皮瓣面积 ,且供区易于直接缝合。方法　应用皮肤扩张术。结果　扩张后的皮瓣可以满足颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形修复的需求面积 ,效果满意。结论　本皮瓣特别适用于大面积烧伤供区不足者和儿童。Objective In order to gain a larger fascia flap in the trapezius region and to close the donor site easily and primarily. Methods We applied tissue expansion to form the expanded extra\|logg trapezius fascia flap. Results The flap was used to repair the neck scar contracture with satisfactory effects. Conclusions The flap is very useful for patients who have a large burned defect and are short of donor sites,especially the children.
