摘　　要：装备财务信息资源建设是我军装备财务信息化建设的核心,如何加强信息资源的管理,也是信息化建设中的难点问题。文中分析了信息资源管理的理论内涵,在研究美军及我军信息资源管理现状的基础上,分析了我军装备财务信息资源管理中存在的不足,并提出了加强装备财务信息资源管理的相应对策。Equipment financial information resource construction is the core of financial informatization construction. How to strengthen the management of information resource is also a difficult problem. This paper analyzes the connotation of information resource management theory, and has a research on the current situation of information resource management both in the US Army and the PLA. Furthermore, the paper discusses the shortcomings of information resource management in the PLA, and proposes some countermeasures to strengthen the equipment finance information resource management.
