摘  要:以苎麻秆芯为原料,采用加入复合型添加剂的方法,按2种添加剂A︰B=1︰3的比例研制无胶碎料板,探讨热压温度、热压时间、添加剂用量、板坯的含水率对苎麻秆无胶碎料板的物理力学性能的影响并得出较优工艺参数,在此基础上探讨了密度变化对苎麻秆无胶碎料板的物理力学性能的影响,并与未使用添加剂的对照试验压制出的板材进行物理力学性能的比较。结果表明:在试验范围内,提高热压温度和添加剂的用量以及延长热压时间,对苎麻秆无胶碎料板的各物理力学性能都有所改善;在较优工艺参数的条件下,随着板密度增大,无胶碎料板的静曲强度、弹性模量与内结合强度明显提高;使用添加剂生产苎麻秆无胶碎料板能显著改善板材的各项物理力学性能。Binder-less ramie stalk particleboard has been developed by adding the composite additives with the ratio of additives A:B = 1:3. The effects of hot-pressing temperature, hot-pressing time, additives dosage, mat moisture content on the board's physical and mechanical properties were investigated so that the better technical parameters were obtained. On this basis, the effects of board densitychange on the board's physical and mechanical properties were also investigated. The results show that all the physical and mechanical properties were improved with increasing additives amount, hot-pressing temperature and hot-pressing time. Under the condition of optimum technological parameters, the modulus of rupture (MOR), modulus of elasticity ( MOE), and internal bond strength (IB) ofthe bmderless particleboard were significantly improved with the increase of board density. Adding additives is an effective method for manufacturing binderless particleboard.
