摘 要:以自制高岭土/木质素磺酸钠-g-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺复合高吸水性树脂(KLPAAM)为原料,考察了该树脂在重金属离子盐溶液中的吸液性能。金属离子溶液浓度、pH值显著地影响KLPAAM复合高吸水树脂的平衡吸水倍率。溶液浓度增大,该树脂的吸液能力均迅速减小;离子浓度大于4 mmol/L时,其平衡吸水倍率达恒定值。FeCl3、AlCl3溶液的平衡吸水倍率远大于CuCl2、ZnCl2溶液的平衡吸水倍率(后者趋于零),其顺序为:CuCl2<ZnCl2<<FeCl3<AlCl3。pH值对其吸液性能的影响随金属离子种类不同而不同,平衡吸水倍率均随溶液温度的升高略有下降。ZnCl2、CuCl2溶液中,30 min左右吸水倍率出现最大值,随后逐渐减小;而AlCl3、FeCl3溶液中吸水倍率开始迅速增大,120 min左右达吸液平衡。A self-made kaolin/sodium lignosulfonate graft acrylic acid/acrylamide super-absorbent composites (KLPAAM) was used to test the absorbencies in different heavy metal ion salt solutions. The equilibrium absorbencies of KLPAAM super-absorbent composite were obviously affected by the concentrations of the heavy metal ion solutions and their pH values. The absorption capacity of the resin decreased rapidly withincreasing the concentrations of the heavy metal ion solutions and reached an equilibrium value at 4 mmol/L concentration of the heavy metal ion solution. The equilibrium absorbencies of KLPAAM super-absorbent composite in FeC13 and AICI3 solutions were far more than that in CuCI2 andZnCI2 solutions(the late two were near to zero), and the sequence of the four solutions ranked as follows:CuCl2〈ZnCl2〈〈FeCl3〈A1C13.The effects ofthe pH values of the heavy metal ion solutions on the absorbencies were different in different types of the heavy metal ion solutions. The equilibrium absorbencies decreased a few with an increase of the temperature. The of the absorbencies of ZnC12 and CuCI2 solutions reached maximum values at about 30 minutes and then reduced gradually, while the absorbencies of A1C13 and FeCI3 solutions were obviously increased within the initial 35 minutes and then reached an equilibrium value at 120 minutes or so.
