摘　　要：NDY型脑立体定位仪是微侵袭外科中不可缺少的仪器 ,借助CT、MR、X -ray可对头颅内任一点病变位置能准确地定位。在微损伤脑组织的情况下可以顺利地进行手术。可进行摘取脑内异物、脑组织活检、血肿排空、抽取脑内积液等。临床使用表明 ,效果满意。是立体定向术不可缺少的仪器。This paper introduces a Model NDY stereo-positioner of brain,which is an essencial tool in micro-wound surgery.It can locate the pathological chang at any site in brain with help of CT,MR and x-ray,and make it possible that the operation be carried out successfully with brain tissue injuried.The instrument will be helpful in removal of pathological chang in brain,biosep of brain tissue,drain out of blood and fluid in brain.It has been shown effictive through clinical application.
